When we arrived at the hotel, we already felt that we were welcomed because the entrance's ambiance feels like you are important people just in front of the hotel premises. A guest’s arrival and check-in at your hotel is the most important part of their customer service journey. You want them to walk in and feel recognized, attended to, and most importantly welcomed. This is their first impression of your property after all.

The hotel was nice. It is the nerve center of almost any hotel. It is where guests come to check in, check out, pose questions to the front desk staff or concierge, wait for taxis or shuttles, and engage in a whole host of other activities. The lobby of Litton hotel.

The hotel room was superb. It was complete with amenities where guests will enjoy their stay. The hotel provides guests with air-conditioned rooms with a desk, a kettle, a fridge, a minibar, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with complete amenities like shampoo, soap, a hair blower, and more. and the rooms come with bed linen and towels for the guests.

The Staff

The staff of the Litton Hotel is very friendly, and they served us during our stay with heart. It seems like they really love their job, and they enjoy serving guests at their hotel. Satisfaction of guests with the staff's work can cause staff to perform better which in the case of the hotel industry can be visible very fast.

My Overall Review

Excellent experience. Great hospitality and awesome food. The rooms were clean. The staff was very helpful. Overall experience was awesome. I’ll recommend this hotel to every couple and family. You won’t regret it, just be there!
